Once your visa application is under-process or approved by the the Government of India, your visa services will be non-refundable. In case your e-Visa is sent to your registered email, we will be unable to reimburse you the visa fee under any situation.
We make every effort on our part to resolve any visa issues you face. No refund shall be provided by us for incorrect information being submitted in the visa application forms. Therefore, we strongly recommend you to check the filled details on the application form before submitting.
However we provide 100% refunds to our customers only under certain circumstances if we fail to provide you the services like fatal mistakes such as non-submission of e-Visa application within 24 hours, mailing service failure due to our careless mistake, any inconvenience caused by our system error, etc. The customer must email us the problem with all the necessary information to get the refund.
We strongly recommend to check the information on your visa with your passport prior to the departure.
To cancel your e-Visa Application services or to request a refund, please notify our Department of Customer Service by writing us at support[@]indianvisasgov.in. Please include your full name, birth date, application ID, passport number and the last four digits of the credit card number used for the transaction.
